Recently one of our tenants moved out and upon inspection of the master bath shower stall I was greeted by the sight of this:

One of our properties is mortgaged with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Now, I should mention that there is nothing special about this loan. It’s not an ARM or a second mortgage or even sub-prime, it’s just an investment property.

Yesterday I showed one of the vacant rental houses to an older lady (65-ish) and her Mom (85-ish). When I arrived at the property, both of them were in the back yard looking at one of the fruit trees. A good sign.
