Ok, so this is just a quick amusing story before I rip Wells Fargo a new one in my next post, so stay tuned.

So today, I met with the tenant who is breaking his lease for a “walk through.” I had stopped by the house a couple of days ago and saw that he was pretty much moved out but the place was a royal mess which he promised that he would clean.
Well, except for a couple of dirty walls and a cracked toilet base (how that happened I don’t know) the place looks like the day he moved in. And I should mention that he was the first tenant after we fixed the place up.
If more tenants were like this guy, I might feel like buying more rental property.
