So the time has come to find a new
credit card for the company I have set up to do “management” of the properties we own. I am partial to Citibank as I already have a personal card with them and every interaction I have had with them, without fail, has been a pleasant experience.

So, recently I had to replace the washing machine shutoff valves in one of our properties since they were leaking and in general so stiff that I needed a wrench to operate them. Definitely a candidate for a change out, so here’s how I did it:

So, I just can’t say enough about these tenants who just moved from one house to another of ours.
They cleaned throughly, painted and removed all unwanted items. The place is in good repair with the exception of a couple of plumbing issues which were no fault of theirs.
The only things left to do are clean up the yard, do some tree trimming with my trusty new Stihl chain saw and list it in the paper for rent.
