Best Tenants Part 2
So, I just can’t say enough about these tenants who just moved from one house to another of ours.
They cleaned throughly, painted and removed all unwanted items. The place is in good repair with the exception of a couple of plumbing issues which were no fault of theirs. 
The only things left to do are clean up the yard, do some tree trimming with my trusty new Stihl chain saw and list it in the paper for rent.
As an aside, a couple of different people came to see the newly vacant house completely unsolicited. From the looks of them it seems that there are a certain type of renter who drives around looking for newly vacant properties to rent.
From my experience, these people are typically very young, have an infant, live with a parent, don’t have a good income and have no credit rating to speak of. Yaaah, thanks for looking …. N-E-X-T!
