I had some tenants who painted a giant face on the side of the carport of one of my rental houses. Fortunately, it couldn't be seen from the street, but the neighbors had a perfect view of it. The neighbors, who apparently don't appreciate fine art, contacted me and the tenants agreed to cover the face with a fresh coat of paint. What are they thinking? Don't they think landlords track what's going on at our houses, even if only covertly. Chalk one up for the landlord! Good post!
