DON&#039;T ask if I expect the FULL deposit and rent upfront.  

DON&#039;T tell me you don&#039;t want me running a credit/background check on you, because it&#039;s not necessary.

DON&#039;T tell me you can&#039;t afford a $25 application fee.</description>
