Yes they are a screw up of company. The woman who ansewers the phone has the communication skills of a slug.
Purchased a carrier unit from them 2 or 3 years ago to wake up and find my evaporator fan not working, took cover off and could hear the transformer buzzing and could see the fan move back and forth about 1/8 of an inch. while looking I noticed my main ground to the air handler not even connected and my condensation drain float wires just sitting there not connected either..
Tried to call because it says open 24 hours and that b#*&h says that I need to call in the morning and hangs up.

I am going to boycot their buisness and follow their installers to the homes to warn the people they are full of poop and dont know what they are doing

Not that I can benefit, but you should probably mention the company that did you right! Isn't it great when a company exceeds your expectations of customer service? It's so rare these days...
