I think it's interesting to see how other people do the daily landlord grind, and I hope that any soon-to-be landlords are able to see first hand what it's like and that, in time, it really isn't as big of a nightmare as most people think! When you get the hang of it, being a landlord *can* actually be fun! (Not all the time, but sometimes!) lol I also hope that people can use it as a resource to gauge how much a project should cost so they aren't being robbed by contractors, because that happens WAY too often and can destroy an otherwise profitable month (or year)!
