When I got into this business, I assumed that people would pay their rent first and all the other stuff after. Ya, not so much. Recently I read that people in financial trouble will pay their car payment before their rent because if they don't have a car, they can't get to work. Also, presumably, their car will get repossessed before they could be evicted. Same here Tony.
