It turned out that the person that was actually highly allergic to bees was the non-tenant brother-in-law that was permanently crashed on the couch... needless to say I am much happier that they are no longer living in the home and they are now having loud parties and fights somewhere else. By the way, I just had the chimney rebuilt... and lo and behold there were no bees nests there. Guess you have to have the bad tenants in order to really appreciate the good ones.
