Between their bad post sales (or pre-sales) service and the abomination that is The Geek Squad, I don't understand how they are the best performing organization in their category. I usually go there to see products before purchasing them online at another site. My experience with Lowe's and appliances has been great. When I told the salesguy what my budget was for appliances, he gave me all kinds of discounts and freebies to make it happen.
