The procedure on how to deal with this kind of situation usually varies from state-to-state and you don't want these people coming back and suing you for the "value" of their stuff even though it may be all junk. You look like you have had to deal with this kind of thing before. When can we just trash it - we did the 18 day letter and they have made a couple of appts - then no-show. Have you delt with this kind of thing much?
