The procedure on how to deal with this kind of situation usually varies from state-to-state and you don&#039;t want these people coming back and suing you for the &quot;value&quot; of their stuff even though it may be all junk.

		<description>Just wondering - we recently evicted our first rat-pack tenant and the amount of &quot;stuff&quot; they left filled our 1700 sq ft townehome to the gills - every room was 1/3 to 1/2 filled - the garage and bonus room were filled to the ceiling.
You look like you have had to deal with this kind of thing before.
When can we just trash it - we did the 18  day letter and they have made a couple of appts - then no-show.
Have you delt with this kind of thing much?</description>
