		<description>We had a similar character call once when we had our House 1 for rent.  He proceeded to tell us he&#039;d been kicked out of multiple rentals for non-payment, but his situation has improved since then.  However, he was still being kicked out of his current place.  Oh, and, he has a frisky pit bull that goes with him everywhere.  Yeah, that&#039;ll happen.</description>
