The Successful Landlord Blog

So I’ve been tagged by Clifford over at ChangingMyDirection.com with the following meme: 5 Reasons Why I Blog. And yes Cliff, I knew it was coming. The force was strong with that one

So without further ado, here we go:

• To get the frustrations of being a landlord off my chest.
• To give others advice about being a landlord / get advice about being a landlord.
• To share the humor/idiocy of my tenants with the world. I couldn’t make some of these stories up even if I tried.
• To build and operate a web site with meaningful content that others find valuable. (Which is my true dream and calling)
• To build up enough readers so that I can monetize the site and add it to my increasing portfolio of income streams.
• Bonus reason: To create so many of number 4s & 5s (above) that I will have no choice BUT to quit my current day job which I have been doing for FAR too long and which I hate with a passion mostly because of some of the clients I have to deal with.
