Site Updates and News

Hola readers. Just a quick note to let you know that I have not fallen off the face of the earth or anything.

Ass ClownI’ve just been kind of busy with the other part of my life. It seems that one of my larger clients has seen it fit to behave like a complete ass, so much so that I’ve made up my mind to set a timeline and dump them from my client list. They run a lot of code that I wrote so I can’t just walk lest I get sued on top of having to endure their idiocy.

Honestly, I don’t understand how the business got to where it is today. Everything is run ass-backwards and most of the staff they hire are completely incompetent and the competent ones leave in short order. In fact, things are run so badly that all the professional organizations that this company hires make fun of them behind their back to each other. Whatever. . . I’m done with those ass clowns.

So, in light of this, I need to find something else to replace that income. It’s a pretty big chunk of my annual income, 80% in fact. So, if anyone has any ideas, feel free to speak up.

Ok, enough of that.

Site news: I just upgraded to the new version of Wordpress. I’d just like to say that Wordpress is the absolute BOMB! It is written in PHP (which I love to program in) and is SO easy to use (and upgrade.) Yay Wordpress!

I work in real estate and property management myself and most recently I’ve started consulting and producing seminars for Web 2.0 strategies for REALTORS and others that want to join us geeks in the blogosphere but don’t know where to start. I only tell you all of that because it seems like we have a lot in common and deal with a lot of the same types of dumbasses (sorry to hear about the incompetant clowns you’ve had to work with). Lately I’ve definitely been feeling like I’m back in the dot com bubble and it’s time for it to burst.
