I don’t understand how these companies exist but there are far too many of them, and seemingly flooding Florida. Lately I’ve definitely been feeling like I’m back in the dot com bubble and it’s time for it to burst. It will be interesting to see how many continue to throw fat wallets at the problem when the problem is them. There is little attention given to hiring, as they rely on connections more than meaningful interviews. The brick and mortars still watching the clock from morning til eve are probably going to find their salvage efforts too little too late. Relying on inner bureaucracy to fuel agendas over product sense, r & d, and innovation will not succeed. There are new kids in town with different bricks. http://bit.ly/2oUEes

I absolutely love reading your blog! I work in real estate and property management myself and most recently I’ve started consulting and producing seminars for Web 2.0 strategies for REALTORS and others that want to join us geeks in the blogosphere but don’t know where to start. I only tell you all of that because it seems like we have a lot in common and deal with a lot of the same types of dumbasses (sorry to hear about the incompetant clowns you’ve had to work with).
