		<description>I don&#039;t know why people hate them. I find them very useful for exactly the reason you mentioned in your comment. Plus I get sidetracked by clicking hyperlinks too easily. I started using them for linking to images without ruining the flow of the text. The idea was that readers could just hover over a jpg link or what have you and see what I was referring to. Obviously there are too many wobbly handed, popup intolerant cretins out there on the internet.</description>
